We all have busy lives, and most often if we want to learn a new profession, getting educated alongside a job is what we’re faced with. Microsoft certified training could be the answer. In addition, you may want to get advice on the careers that are available once you’ve qualified, and what sort of person those jobs might be right for. Many people prefer to discuss what would suit them individually. Training programs must be designed to meet your needs. Consequently, having worked out the right IT job for you, your next focus is the most applicable training course to get you there.
Obviously, the computing market promises impressive prospects. Yet, to investigate it properly, what are the questions we should raise, and which are the sectors we need to investigate?

It makes good sense to discover if this is the right course of action for you long before you embark on your training program. There’s little reason in beginning your training only to find you’ve taken the wrong route.
It only makes sense to consider study programs which grow into commercially acknowledged exams. There are loads of minor schools promoting unknown ‘in-house’ certificates that are essentially useless in the real world. Unless your qualification is issued by a conglomerate such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA or Adobe, then you’ll probably find it will be commercially useless – as no-one will have heard of it.
Proper support should never be taken lightly – locate a good company providing 24×7 full access, as not obtaining this level of support will severely hamper your progress. Never purchase study programmes that only provide support to trainees with a call-centre messaging system outside of normal office hours. Trainers will give you every excuse in the book why you don’t need this. Essentially – support is needed when it’s needed – not at times when they find it cheaper to provide it. The best training colleges opt for an online access round-the-clock facility combining multiple support operations from around the world. You will be provided with a single, easy-to-use interface which switches seamlessly to the best choice of centres no matter what time of day it is: Support when you need it. If you opt for less than direct-access 24×7 support, you’ll quickly find yourself regretting it. It may be that you don’t use it late at night, but what about weekends, early mornings or late evenings?
If you’re like many of the students we talk to then you’re a practical sort of person – the ‘hands-on’ personality type. Typically, the world of book-reading and classrooms would be considered as a last resort, but you’d hate it. So look for on-screen interactive learning packages if book-based learning really isn’t your style. Many studies have proved that much more of what we learn in remembered when we involve as many senses as possible and take action to use what we’ve learned. The latest audio-visual interactive programs with demonstrations and practice sessions will turn you off book-based study for ever more. And you’ll find them fun and interesting. You must see examples of the study materials provided by the company you’re considering. It’s essential they incorporate instructor-led video demonstrations with virtual practice-lab’s. Purely on-line training should be avoided. Always choose CD or DVD based study materials where obtainable, enabling them to be used at your convenience – you don’t want to be reliant on your broadband being ‘up’ 100 percent of the time.
Exam ‘guarantees’ are sometimes offered as part of a training package – inevitably that means paying for the exams when you pay for the rest of your course. However, prior to embracing the chance of a guarantee, be aware of the facts: These days, we are a tad more knowledgeable about sales gimmicks – and the majority of us ought to realise that of course we’re actually paying for it (it’s not a freebie because they like us so much!) Passing first time is everyone’s goal. Higher education courses, for example, become confusing because of a lot of loosely associated study – with a syllabus that’s far too wide. This prevents a student from getting enough specific knowledge about the core essentials. Think about if you were the employer – and you needed to take on someone with a very particular skill-set. What is easier: Trawl through loads of academic qualifications from various applicants, asking for course details and what commercial skills have been attained, or choose particular accreditations that specifically match what you’re looking for, and make your short-list from that. Your interviews are then about personal suitability – instead of long discussions on technical suitability.
It would be wonderful to believe that our jobs are secure and our future is protected, but the growing likelihood for the majority of jobs throughout the United Kingdom right now seems to be that security may be a thing of the past. We could however locate market-level security, by looking for areas that have high demand, coupled with a lack of qualified workers. Reviewing the computer industry, a recent e-Skills study highlighted a 26 percent deficit in trained staff. Therefore, out of each 4 positions existing across IT, organisations can only source trained staff for three of them. Highly qualified and commercially accredited new workers are consequently at a complete premium, and it looks like they will be for a long time. In reality, acquiring professional IT skills as you progress through the coming years is likely the finest career direction you could choose.

Fried chicken is near the top of the list when it comes to comfort food. Succulent moist chicken covered in a crispy batter is one of the most delicious foods there is. You can deep fry, pan fry, or even oven fry chicken. Fried chicken is also known as southern fried chicken and there are plenty of different fried chicken recipes to have a go at to suit your taste.
Tips for Great Fried Chicken
If fried chicken is something that you have never made before, do not worry because it is not difficult. You do need to take care when handling raw chicken and wash any surfaces touched by the raw chicken with hot, soapy water afterwards. To make a fried chicken recipe, you need to dip your chicken pieces into a batter and fry the chicken until it is golden brown and white all the way through.
One of the easiest ways to coat the chicken pieces is to put the dry ingredients into a Ziploc bag and shake the chicken pieces in this mixture, a few at a time. Then you can dip them into batter and fry them. This method also prevents mess!
If you dredge your chicken in flour, then into an egg yolk and milk mixture before dipping it into breadcrumbs, your chicken will come out really crispy and crunchy.
It is important to take care when using hot oil. Do not put your face too close to the oil and never leave it unattended. Use tongs to put the chicken in the oil and to remove it from the oil to prevent spattering.
Not all chicken pieces cook at the same rate so if you are using legs, wings, thighs and breasts, you will need to add different pieces at different times. The legs and thighs need to go in first and these cook at 165 degrees F. Next, turn the heat down to 160 degrees F., and add the breasts. Finally, add the wings because these cook more quickly than the other parts.
If your chicken is done but the rest of the meal is not, do not worry. Simply put some water in an oven dish and roll some tin foil into balls. Lay a large piece of tin foil over the balls, place the chicken on top, and cover everything with a lid. Put in a 175 degree F oven. The foil balls and foil layer work as a steamer to keep your chicken tender and moist until everything else is done.
Serving Fried Chicken
So now you know how to make a great fried chicken recipe but what do you serve it with? It depends on the occasion. If you are making dinner for the family, you might like to serve it with mashed potatoes and beans or French fries and corn on the cob.
If you are making food for a party, fried chicken is a great recipe to make. Leave out some catsup and mayonnaise too so people have something to dip their fried chicken into. It can be tricking knowing how much food for a party is the correct amount but with fried chicken, you can be generous because any leftovers are nice cold the next day.

Getting back your pre-pregnancy body is a common desire after delivering your baby. The question is how? Now that you have a newborn, it’s time to adjust to the new routine, and perhaps breast-feeding is part of that process. It can be very difficult to find an effective method to loose weight after giving birth.
Believe it or not, you may already be doing one of the best things, breast-feeding is not only healthy for baby it is healthy for you. Breast feeding burns up to 500 extra calories per day! This is one of the reasons women put on extra weight during pregnancy, to prepare the body for the intense caloric needs of breast-feeding.
If you are breast feeding you will need to carefully consider your diet and not lose any nutritional content the baby may need. Just be sure to keep whole grains, fruit, vegetables, vitamins and minerals on the table, if you decrease your caloric intake.

DEFINE what you wish to get out of your soon to be acquired new skill-set, to keep you motivated along the way. Be specific about the material things you’re looking forward to, the kind of home you want, the sort of holidays you’ll take and the type of car you’ll drive.
DESIRE. Explore your emotions for this one, and dig deep to discover why your studies are important. Is it to prove to yourself or others that you are an achiever, and that you deserve better things? Perhaps you want more control in your life, or maybe it’s a personal challenge.
Commitment or DEDICATION. Announce to yourself and those close to you that you’re dedicated to your studies by writing up a timetable and sticking with it. However much time you choose to study each week, have it written on a calendar planner that you can cross off once you’ve completed it. Put it in a prominent place so it’s at the forefront of your mind (at least until it becomes a habit). All things that are important get prioritised, so let your friends and family know that this is a priority to you for perhaps ten hours a week for a set number of months. Once your timetable has become established, you’ll take pride in your dedication, and study all the better for it.
A contract illustrates your DETERMINATION to see this thing through. Having a written document about the positive direction of your life makes it harder to bottle out of it.
Having a plan and targets to work towards gives you a DISCIPLINE that helps you to power through the tough times that will occasionally strike you.
Your contract is the beginning of your new life. Those who write down their goals in a specific and realistic manner, then work diligently and consistently to achieve them, have proven to be amongst the world’s most successful people. Planning for a successful outcome is the basic requirement of any endeavour. Today’s football superstars didn’t get to become multi-millionaires without years of dedication to practice, planning and targets. For any life-changing event to happen, planning and goal-setting are paramount.

While most people tend to focus on doing crunches, they only work the upper area of the stomach. Working the lower stomach is equally important as the muscles in the area will help us look slimmer.
In order to see results with lower stomach exercises, you must also work on lowering your fat levels. You can do repetition after repetition, but without a good meal plan and cardio exercises, you will never get to see those nicely developed muscles.
Don’t think that you can lose fat only on that area. This is what many people call “spot toning”, and it isn’t anything but a myth.
The amount of fat on the lower stomach area varies from individual to individual. Different people localize fat in different areas. So you might look skinny but with a bulge on the stomach because of your genetic disposition.
Now, let’s take a look at two easy lower stomach exercises to kick-start your fitness efforts.
Reversed Crunches
This is an exercise targeting the lower abs. In order to make the most out of it, you’ll need to work on a perfect performance. I also recommend using an exercise mat to help relieve some of the stress on the lower back.
Lie on the floor and elevate your legs until they are perpendicular to the floor, bend a little your knees and cross your legs at the ankles.
Put your arms on your side so they are resting on the floor.
With the shoulders relaxed, rest your head on the ground, keeping your back straight, now lift your hips of the floor, and push them upwards.
Hold the position, and with total control go back to the starting position.
Leg Lifts on a Chair
This is another great lower ab workout, and it has a major advantage: you can do it while sitting in your office!
Sit on your chair, so that your back is flat against the back of the chair.
Rest your hands on the desk and slowly lift your legs off the ground. Hold the muscle contraction for eight seconds.
Slowly go back to the initial position.
Repeat as long as you like, but try not to overdo it though. Gradually increase your repetitions to keep strengthening your lower abs.

Due to the considerable hype generated by the weight loss and diet pill industry about hoodia weight loss pills, it can be quite difficult to judge the quality of a product by looking at their high-gloss websites. One online commentator claims that between 60%-80% of all hoodia weight loss products are not what they claim, ranging from not entirely pure through to not even remotely close. There are six checks to prove that a company is selling pure Hoodia Gordonii appetite suppressant, and they should display all six certificates on their website. If the manufacturer claims to directly import Hoodia Gordonii from South Africa then they should be displaying this certificate on their website.
The Need For Independent Testing
With the rapidly increasing numbers of online hoodia sellers, most reputable manufacturers regularly submit their products to a well known independent testing facility which has the authority to certify genuine hoodia products. While there are four recognised labs that can do the testing, most companies seem to present certificates from Alkemist Labs in California.
There are three different tests to ensure the sample is what it claims to be, and unless you are a chemist yourself you don’t need to know much about them. They are known as HPTLC, HPLC and MM-DPD, with HPTLC being the most important. At the very least you should be able to see an HPTLC certificate, if not all three.
If the company does not display results certificates from an independent testing facility, do not buy from them. There are far too many unreliable dealers out there to take a risk on one that doesn’t display their testing certificates!
Finally, as a matter of good customer service you should expect that the company offers a toll free information line that will also handle orders (if you prefer the phone to buying online) and a clear refund policy if you’re not happy with the product.
